i know it hurts to go in deep water, and it may hurt for a little while. but the best way to solve this is to keep doing it because you will adjust to the water pressure. i do diving and sometimes when i am gone for a week and then come back, it will hurt my ears, nose or even my jaw. it hurts but it will go away relatively soon. hope this helps!
